Nelson is a Council Member and Past President of the Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors and Chairman of Accounting Development Foundation. He is a practicing accountant and is enthusiastic in serving the profession and the community. He often speaks and advises on IFRS, HKFRS and related issues. He is also a columnist in local media on financial statement analysis of listed entities, and one of the co-authors of several university and professional textbooks with several renowned U.S. and Hong Kong professors.

Mr Kenneth LAU,
Council Member, SCAA and Director, Crowe Horwath (HK) CPA Limited

Kenneth is a director of Crowe Horwath (HK) CPA Limited who focuses in providing assurance services for listed and private companies and involves in IPOs and merger and acquisition engagements. Kenneth is a Council Member of the Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors and a member of Small and Medium Practitioners Committee of HKICPA. He also served, as a committee member of, the Practice Review Committee of the HKICPA previously. He is a fellow member of the HKICPA, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.

Mr Webster NG,

Webster is a fellow Certified Public Accountant (Practising). He is currently the Vice-President of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (“TIHK”) and Hong Kong Institute of Accredited Accounting Technicians Limited (“HKIAAT”), the Council Member of the Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors and Director of Accounting Development Foundation. Webster is member of Taxation Policy Committee of TIHK and has been awarded as Honorary Council member of the China Certified Tax Agents Association. He is also a committee member of Examinations and Accreditation Committee of HKIAAT, CPA Qualifying Process Reform Working Group of HKICPA and SME committee member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Mr Gary POON,

Vice-chairman, Executive Committee and Director, ADF and Partner, Poon & Co.

Gary is a partner of Poon & Co. who specialises in serving clients in the financial, real estate and non-profit making sectors. He is currently the Deputy Chairman of the HKICPA’s Professional Development Committee, a member of its Financial Reporting Standards Committee and Convenor of Technical Issues Working Group of its Small and Medium Practitioners Committee.  He served as a Council Member of the HKICPA, a Deputy Chairman of its Small and Medium Practitioners Committee, a member of its Practice Review Committee, etc. He was also appointed to be a member of Financial Reporting Council Review Panel from 2010 to 2015. He is presently the Vice-chairman of the Executive Committee of Accounting Development Foundation and a member of Accounting and Auditing Standard Committee of the Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors.
