Edmund is a practising director of Patrick Wong C.P.A. Ltd and he has extensive practical experience in audit and assurance, financial reporting, taxation, business advisory as well as corporate and compliance. Edmund is currently Honorary Secretary of the SCAA and serving several committees and working group in different professional accountancy bodies.

He is currently a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”), The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom (“ACCA’), The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (“HKICS”), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“ICSA”) and The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (“TIHK”); yet, he is a degree holder in different discipline, including Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Master of Science in Applied Accounting and Finance, Master in Business Administration and Master of Corporate Governance.

Edmund has been lecturing at tertiary level for many years, including Hong Kong Taxation, Auditing and Assurance, Corporate Reporting and Financial Reporting and he is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of a Hong Kong Main Board listed company.

Mr Kenneth Lau 劉國雄先生

Kenneth is a director of Crowe Horwath (HK) CPA Limited who focuses in providing assurance services for listed and private companies and involves in IPOs and merger and acquisition engagements. Kenneth is a Council Member of the Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors and a member of Small and Medium Practitioners Committee of HKICPA. He also served, as a committee member of, the Practice Review Committee of the HKICPA previously. He is a fellow member of the HKICPA, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.
