|Tax Seminar - Identification of Potential Taxation Services for Clients|
||Tax Seminar (21 Jan 2019)|
- Under the ever-more-challenging environment, we as professional accountants can seek for more opportunities to provide a wide variety of tax compliance and advisory services to clients.
- Recently, Hong Kong has introduced a series of new tax rules under BEPS project in four areas: transfer pricing, anti-avoidance, transparency and tax incentives. Tax authorities around the world are exchanging views and information. TP documentation rules are demanding more information from enterprises. Taxpayers can expect ever more queries from the tax authorities who have more tools in their hands to grab what they see as their “fair share of tax”.
- The target audience of this seminar is accountants who wish to expand their taxation services scope. The seminar will start with case studies in handling offshore profits claim and tax residence certificate application, followed by techniques to identify potential taxation services for clients.
