The physical meeting of the AGM scheduled to be held at The Cuisine Royale (薈軒), Shop 701, 7/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai on 18 December 2020 (Friday) will be held as usual. 

Full Members are also welcome to join a dinner of the Society right after the 2020 AGM.

If enrolment is overwhelming, successful registrants will be informed by separated email. If there are more places are available, those seats will be given to registrants on waiting list on a first-come-first-served basis.)

In view of the current COVID-19 situation, and in order to better protect the safety and health of the members and other participants attending the AGM, SCAA will implement precautionary measures (Click Here) at the AGM. Depending on the public health requirements and guidelines at the time of the AGM, additional measures affecting physical attendance may be implemented by SCAA at short notice. You are advised to check the SCAA website for further announcements and updates on the meeting arrangements that may be issued.
