The speakers will give a brief on the TCSP licensing regime including salient points to note for TCSP licence applicants and TCSP licensees with highlights on the renewal of the TCSP licences; requirements on customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, ongoing due diligence and record-keeping etc. under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance, Cap.615 and the Guideline on Compliance of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Requirements for TCSPs. Other requirements on money laundering, terrorist financing, financial sanctions, counter-financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and reporting suspicious transactions will also be highlighted in the presentation. 研討會以先到先得形式於網上報名，請報名並以PayPal、信用卡或**支票付款。
