We would like to remind that the Inland Revenue Department has

 

1. Extended Due Dates for N Code Returns

 

Extended the due date for Profits Tax Returns (PTR) of companies with year ends falling on April to November 2020 (N Code Cases) to 31 May 2021. The due dates for PTR 2021 of N, D and M cases are extracted as below.

2. Computerized Printing Templates for Profits Tax Returns

 

Created computerized printing templates for profits tax returns for corporations and un-incorporated businesses (i.e. BIR Forms 51 and 52).  The templates will be available in their website and practitioners can input data in these templates and then print the data on the paper profits tax returns for submission.  Since the paper returns are in A3 size, practitioners need to use suitable printers or photocopiers with A3 paper tray for printing the data on the paper profits tax returns.
