Stephen Leung is one of the partners of Howse Williams. He is experienced in a broad range of corporate transactions including private equity and Hong Kong capital markets transactions. He has also advised various Hong Kong listed companies on corporate governance and legal and regulatory compliance matters.

Stephen was involved in various IPOs acting for the sponsors as well as the issuers. Recently, he acted for Shanghai Realway Capital Assets Management Company Limited for its HK$191 million listing on main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of share offer in December 2018. The Company was the first investment fund manager to obtain approval for the issuance of H-Shares by the China Securities Regulatory Commission of the PRC.
