Ms. Elsa Ho

Ms. Elsa Ho has all round experience in setting, implementing, monitoring and regulating compliance with professional standards. She was the former Director of Quality Assurance of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”) in charge of the practice review and professional standards monitoring programmes and the former Deputy Head of Inspection of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council responsible for inspections. Elsa was once the head of the technical department of an international practice in Hong Kong looking after technical, monitoring and training of the practice and worked in the standard setting department of the HKICPA with a work focus on financial reporting standard setting. 

Elsa is now the Senior Director of Wisdom Pro Services Limited that offers technical and advisory services on compliance with professional standards, in particular monitoring and consultation services for practice units. 

Ms. Wincey Lam

(CA, CPA, BSc)

Ms. Wincey Lam is a financial reporting and auditing expert with a demonstrated history of experience in financial reporting and audit regulation. She was the former Head of Investigation and Compliance of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (“AFRC”) responsible for conducting investigations into misconduct of accounting professionals and enquires into accounting non-compliance by listed companies. Prior to joining the AFRC, Wincey was a Partner in the Department of Professional Practice of an international practice in Hong Kong specialised in assisting clients and staff with a wide range of financial reporting and auditing issues encountered in practice. She is now a consultant providing financial and professional services to CPA firms and listed companies.
