•    Present role is to drive development of the bank’s green and sustainable finance business in particular for SMEs community in Hong Kong.

•    Obtained professional qualification of EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) in March 2023, and elected as Associate Green Finance Professional (Product & Servicing) in 2024 by HKIB.

•    Has total more than 20 years of corporate banking, within which 10 years in a supervisory role on corporate lending.

•    Before BEA, he worked for three other multinational banks, majority of time he has served SMEs and midsized listed companies.

•    Obtained Master degree in marketing from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Had been served as a guest lecturer in marketing at Asia Pacific Research Centre of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Ms. Veronica Yau

•    Veronica Yau has over 20 years of banking experience.

•    Before joining BEA, her management footprint includes Deutsche Bank, DBS, ANZ and CMB Wing Lung. 

•    She specialized and well experienced in corporate account opening and cash management.

Mr. Patrick Li

Section Head and EVP, Enterprise Banking Department,

•    After graduated with an accounting studies degree, Patrick Li has chosen to enter banking and finance industry and has over 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial lending.

•    He has also joined the Bank of East Asia Ltd for over 10 years.

•    As a Section Head, he leads the teams to focus on SME and micro financing as well as cash management products in recent years.
