Mr. Ludwig Ng holds a master degree in law from The University of Hong Kong.  After receiving his early training from prestigious firms in Hong Kong and practised as a barrister, Ludwig founded ONC Lawyers with his partners in 1993.  Mr. Ng practises mainly in the field of litigation and disputes resolution, with emphasis on corporate and partnership disputes, insolvency and restructuring, and contentious probate.  Amongst his various public services, Mr. Ng is an Executive and Technical Committee Member of the Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty of the HKICPA, Member of the Law Society Insolvency Law Committee, and Panel Member of the Higher Rights of Audience Assessment Board.  His publications include: “Reforming Law Reform” published by HKU Press, “Hong Kong Corporate Insolvency Manual” (4th ed) and “A Practical Guide to Resolving Shareholder Disputes” (1^st ed and 2^nd ed), both published by LexisNexis.  He is amongst the first solicitors that obtained the Higher Rights of Audience and is selected as a Distinguished Practitioner by AsiaLaw Profiles and Leading Lawyer by ChambersAsia and Recommended Lawyer by Who’s Who Legal.
