The Government published a Gazette notice in December 2024 to introduce a company re-domiciliation regime in Hong Kong.

This Seminar and Members’ Forum cover following topics:

1. A quick review of the re-domiciliation regime
2. Key benefits for foreign companies considering migration to Hong Kong.
3. Disadvantage and limitation of domiciliation of companies in Hong Kong.
4. Impact of the re-domiciliation process affect the company’s shareholders.
5. Any recommendation for the improvement of the regime?

We aim to gather members’ comments on the above topics, as well as any additional comments. SCAA will compile and submit a written response to the Bills Committee.
