Kenneth has over 25 years of experience in providing audit and assurance services for listed and private entities, including IPOs and merger and acquisition engagements. He is a regular speaker on audit-related and financial reporting training courses.

Kenneth is a Council member and Past President of the Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors. He holds the position as the Deputy Chairman for both Financial Reporting Standards Committee (“FRSC”) and the Small and Medium Practices Committee (SMPC)’s Technical Issues Support Group (“TISG”) of the HKICPA. Kenneth also serves as a member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel of the AFRC.

Ms. Joann Chan

Joann has over 20 years of experience in the audit and assurance field, specializing in Hong Kong listed and private entities, IPO engagements, and other due diligence work across various industries and countries.

Joann is presently serving as the Honorary Secretary of The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors (SCAA) and is a member of the HKICPA’s Small and Medium Practitioners Committee (SMPC) and several panels, including the Securities Regulatory Advisory Panel (SRAP). She is also the Executive Committee Member and Honorary Treasurer of The Accounting and Finance Graduates Association of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
