Vincent drives the development of the Bank's green and sustainable finance business, particularly for Hong Kong's SME community. In 2023, he earned the EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) qualification and was recognized as an Associate Green Finance Professional (Product & Servicing) by the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers in 2024.

With over 20 years of experience in corporate banking, Vincent has spent the last decade in supervisory roles, focusing on corporate lending. Before joining BEA, he worked at three multinational banks, primarily serving SMEs and mid-sized listed companies.

Vincent holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nottingham in the UK and a master’s degree in marketing from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has also served as a guest lecturer at the Asia Pacific Research Centre of the Chinese University and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, sharing insights on SME finance at various events.
