The physical meeting of the AGM scheduled to be held at The Cuisine Royale (薈軒), Shop 701, 7/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai on 18 December 2020 (Friday) will be held as usual.  Nevertheless, in order to reduce the risk of community transmission of COVID-19, this year SCAA will conduct a “hybrid” AGM with both (i) physical attendance and (ii) online participation.

The online participation of AGM will be opened for registered members to log in approximately 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the AGM.  However, please note that members joining the AGM via the online platform will not be counted a quorum and will not be able to cast their votes (but they are welcomed to vote by a proxy in the manner described in the AGM Notice (Click Here)).

User guide on zoom and the link to the AGM will be sent to registered participants by email on 17 December 2020 (Thursday). 

SCAA will keep the evolving COVID-19 situation under review and may implement and/or adjust measures in short notice as the public health situation changes, and we will announce any relevant changes to the measures prior to the AGM, if necessary.
