Prior to joining Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited, Wiley was the Director and Head of the Business and Financial Instrument Valuation practice in Savills Valuation and Professional Services Limited with clients and appraisal subject industries span across private equity, securities, asset management, AI, fintech, bank, insurance, online payment, microfinance, biotechnology, healthcare, regulator, consumer product, software, real estate, property management, industrial, entertainment, gaming, education, licensing, marketing, media, catering, infrastructure, solar, water treatment, logistics.

Wiley is the Course Director of the Business Valuation Programme of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and an advisor in Cyberport Professional Service Network service clinic besides various speaking roles across reputable associations and institutes. Wiley is a member of Financial Reporting Valuation Panel of HKICPA.  Wiley is also a member of New Economy Committee and Vice Chairman of Business Valuation Committee of Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association (HKiNEDA).

Wiley is a recognised expert in intellectual property valuation and is a member of the Steering Committee of the Business of IP Asia Forum hosted by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and a member of the IP Financing & Trading Working Group of Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC).
