Mr. Buggle Lau is the Chief Analyst and Head of the Research Centre of Midland Reality and he also participates the company’s investor relation program. Mr. Lau has more than 30 years property research experience. Prior to joining Midland Holdings, Mr. Lau has worked as an analyst at an International Surveyor frim and Economic Research Center. He also worked in European and Japanese securities firms, mainly engaged in real estate related research.

Benny Sham is a Research Analyst at Midland Realty and a graduate of the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He has a wealth of knowledge and deep understanding of the real estate market in Hong Kong and overseas, with 8 years of working experience in the industry.
