Further extension for current year loss cases with "M" code accounts

In view of current critical condition regarding the novel coronavirus infection, on behalf of our members, we have written to the Inland Revenue Department for a further extension for submission of Profits Tax Return Form for M Code Loss Cases during the holidays.  

The IRD, understanding that the work schedule of tax representatives is affected by the recent outbreak of the novel coronavirus, has announced in the "Tax Representatives' Corner" on the IRD website that the due date for 2018/19 "M" code loss cases is further extended to 28 February 2020.
