Dear Members and Affiliates,

[Important] Request for Extension of D Code Returns and M Code Deadline

Given the present situation regarding the COVID-19, on behalf of our members, SCAA has written to the Inland Revenue Department for an extension of the deadline for submission of Profits Tax Return Form for M Code companies.   

The IRD, understanding that the work schedule of tax representatives is affected by the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, has agreed to extend  the due date for submitting the Profits Tax Returns plus the related documents for M Code cases to 30 November 2020 (Mon).  Meanwhile, the due date for D Code Returns will be extended to 30 September 2020 (Wed).
